AFLAC: Social media content
Aflac's social media ask was very straightforward: make the Duck famous. Over the course of three years, I helped develop a fun, humorous Duck Life content series that made the Aflac Duck a beloved character on social. And once we had his fans' attention, we leveraged that fame to educate followers about what supplemental insurance actually is. The Duck may only say "Aflaacc!" on TV, but he spoke volumes on social.
